In keeping with current government restrictions and in the interest of your safety and ours, we have a COVID-safe plan to ensure you can leave the worries of the world at the gate. Some of the things we’ve implemented include:
Self check-in (conveniently gain access via our sanitised smart lock), reduced contact and physical interaction, touchless transactions, sanitiser stations inside the villas. Please remember to wash your hands frequently or use hand sanitiser provided.
Increased deep cleaning of high touch surfaces and areas. All appliances are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised ready for your use; including, but not limited to, your television, hairdryer, phones, coffee machine, kettle, diffuser, remote controls, music system, irons, hangers, safe. All high-touch points and surfaces, including door handles, light switches, faucets are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised. Upon departure, all linen is removed from the villa and is replaced by our sanitised fresh linen.
Villa servicing will occur at the end of your stay only to ensure you remain as undisturbed and socially distanced as possible.
We are following advice from state and federal health authorities about how to reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission. To help protect our guests and staff from Covid-19, Villa Talia requires all staff, and service providers who enter the property, to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19. All employees will wear appropriate PPE based on their role and responsibilities and in adherence to state or local regulations and guidance. Additional PPE use will be implemented where necessary due to COVID-19 recommendations.
